Marie B. Mondia

Marie B. Mondia is an associate with Ruttenberg Cutler Broomer, LLP.  Her practice focuses on probate, trusts, and conservatorships, including all administration and litigation aspects of those practice areas.

Marie has represented professional fiduciaries, trustees, and beneficiaries, in a wide array of probate administration and litigation cases, including but not limited to will contests, trust litigation, and conservatorship disputes.

Marie received her Bachelor’s degree in English, with a minor in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles and received her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law.
